Update, It's been a while

Well It has been a while since I posted, so I thought i should now!
So! I joined the YMCA. I went 3 times last week, I have been trying to eat healthy, but DAMN it's hard. Next week I plan on going Monday to Friday! And eat healthy. We went grocery shopping yesterday, and didn't buy any junk food. Only for Travis, because he doesn't need to eat as healthy as me. I am very excited. And I have so much will Power this time! I am sick of being the weight I am. Right now I know I am 214 lbs. Never pictured myself weighing over 200 lbs, but I let myself go. My goal right now is for people to notice I have lost weight. We are probably going back home for Easter, so I want people to notice then. Right now my long term goal is 160 lbs and a size12-14...So If anyone has some good healthy easy to cook recipes let me know!! I will try to update on this more often. Maybe start a fitness blog.

Travis was in a Karaoke contest, and he made it to the semi finals, but someone beat him last night, He did great!

Mom and Ross came for a surprise visit the other weekend, It was nice to see them. Well my mom anyways. Ross was drunk the whole time pretty much. But we did have a good visit with them.

I'm sure there is a lot more to update about. Can't think of it though. I gotta go make breakfast. Omelette's and Fruit. Take care, I have pictures to post soon. Feel free to comment and leave some yummy recipes !

being 214 and size 18 you'd probably only be like size 10 at 160 lbs then! im like size 12 at 170 right now but most of my weights in my stomache too so that doesn't help!

i will try to look up some recipes for ya! fruits and veggies are great for ya, just try to stick to fresh or frozen, not canned, canned ones have added salt, sugar and sometimes other crap! they say never go over 500 cals in one meal...

best plan to keep your metabolism up is to eat a good healthy breakfast, lunch of maybe some salad with chicken in it, a snack of a low fat yogurt or some fruit, then dinner, then if you eat again after dinner, make sure it's not within 3 hrs before bedtime or your body just stores the food cuz it wont have enough time to burn it off before your body shuts down for sleep!

also, drink LOTS of water! Atleast 8 cups a day! Fluid pushes fluid so keep yourself well hydrated! xoxoxo you CAN do it!!! <3

You: On a Diet by Dr.Oz is a good read. It isn't really a diet - they just use it in the title to get your attention. Diets suck, change your way of life - that's the golden ticket!
