Well I started my diet today. It has been going good. Craving carbs though, I want a piece of bread or pasta!! LOL cant have it though, it's alright, i will survive and it will be worth it in the end. Here is a list of what I ate today!
Breakfast: 1 egg scrambled
Snack: No fat plain yogurt, and 3 onion rings!:O
Lunch: Chicken salad, with hard boiled egg and fat free dressing
Dinner: Salad with mushrooms and egg, and 2 small pieces of roast beef, and lots of water.
So right now I am 224 lbs...so my scale says. My goal weight for right now is 175 lbs, It's horrible but I will do it!!
