Curves Baby!!

I called curves the other day, and I can have the student rate. Which is 25.00 a month, for five months. But they want to money up front, and it is only 136.00 I think, including tax, I am going to do it!! I cant wait. My friend Danielle joined in July, and she is already down 23 lbs or more!!WOO HOO Danielle. She has inspierd me to join curves. THANKS DUDE!! Right now i think its get a week free too. The only thing I have to figure out now, is the eating thing. Junk food is OUR weekeness. How many calories are you supposed to have per meal? Or a day, what is good food, and what is bad food. If anyone has a good meal plan they want to share, feel free too!! I cant wait!! I am going to go every day of the week, monday-friday. Not the weekends though. I hope in 5 months I will look like a different person, down to my goal weight of 140 lbs. My high school size!! Well I will post more when I start, Im going to start another blog too, a fitness blog. Hopefully that will keep me going!! Talk to you all soon

Hey Sarah! YAY for joining! wooo! That's awesome! I have lots of food ideas I can give you, that are healthy and still taste good! Women are supposed to have around 1200 calories a day. As long as you are burning more than you take in, it will work! Not trying to sound negative at all, but you should not expect to lose 50lbs in 5 months. It really sucks, but the truth is, the slower it comes off, the healthier it is and it will stay off longer. As long as you are losing weight healthy, 1-2 pound per week is good, but even then, everyone loses at different paces. Some weeks I will not lose anything, then I will lose 2-3 pounds in a couple days all of the sudden. Everyones body is different. As long as you are consistant in going to Curves and eat healthy, you should see results after your first month, but even if you do not, that does not mean you are not losing fat. By working out at Curves you will gain muscle, which weighs more than fat, so it may seem like you are not losing much pounds but are losing inches, know what I mean? It would be a super huge help for you if Jeremy eats healthy too, that way there is no junk food in the house. For me, if I am not around junk food I am totally fine not eating it, but as soon as I am around it, I have NO willpower at all and will eat it. Losing weight is a lifestyle change, meaning you will forever need to change your habits of what you eat, and your daily life. Just remember, as the quote goes, no food will ever taste as good as skinny feels! I would like to ask you a question and I would like total honesty. What is your main reason for wanting to lose weight? Please be totally honest with me. I really want to know. Email me to tell me or catch me on msn if I am on. I wish you luck & success. Hey, i want to lose weight cause i am sick of the way i look. I hate my streatchmarks. I hate eating the was I do. I have no energy. And the list goes on. I am really self consous about myself too. I am not doing it for anyone but myself!!

I am very glad you are doing it for yourself!!! Never do anything for anyone but yourself. You are the only person in the whole world that can change you and you can fully depend on. Only you can change yourself.

Just so ya know, stretch marks never go away, they only fade with time. Those expensive creams, do nothing. When you have kids, you will get even more stretch marks.

I really hope when you get to where you wanna be, you feel great about yourself, but you know what? Just cuz you are not skinny now does not mean you should not feel great about yourself right now!!! You are an awesome person and deserve confidence!

Change comes from within too. Just because you lose weight does not mean you will all of the sudden love the way you look. True change comes in time. You need to be able to feel good on the inside before it will show on the outside! It is all in the way you present yourself. There are lots of overweight women that dress nice and are confident in themselves.

Being overweight NEVER makes you ugly or a bad person. Just like being thin does not make you hot or healthy either.

You are beautiful, so you should feel that way dammit!

If feeling beautiful to you means losing 50 pounds, then as long as you are doing it healthy, I will support you. You are my friend and your happiness is important to me!

Speaking of losing weight, I am off to Curves in about 15-20 mins. I bring my mp3 player cuz I hate their music! lol.

I am your friend, you can trust me, I am here to support you. You can ALWAYS come to me with any problems or questions or whatever. I will do my best to help you. We have known each other 14 years. I know I am not always the most positive person in the world, but atleast I am honest & realistic with my answers to you. I want success for you, I want you to have confidence in yourself and I want you to sleepover and have a giggle fest with me! I miss that soooo much! Do you know how hard it is living here without you? I really do wish you were here. I am not saying that to make you feel guilty, I am telling you how I feel. I love ya dude. Never forget that.

Remember when we used to write notes in pig latin? I rememeber the things you used to write to me, ha ha, just reminded me cuz I read a comment someone else wrote on one of your blogs about something we used to speak a lot of, and dislike, and I still do very much! Remember when we went to Barkerville on your birthday and when passing through Quesnel we both said, who would wanna live here? What a hole!!! ha ha and now you live there! Remember when we used to sing & dance to Aqua? I still have the cd and we are waiting for you! Love ya Becky!

way to go sarah! so excited for you....if you go to the yourself fitness link on my fitness blog their is a calorie calculator you can use for free. you enter your stats and they tell about how many calories you should consume each day. Good luck!!
